Defrost sheetmetal showing the flapper valve controlling the defrost flow on/off. Bullet handle pointing up - the defrost is off.....tilt it back and it opens the defrost. Very thin foam is used as a gasket material on the flapper and around the sheetmetal mount. You can see the grommeted holes for heater hose in/out and a small grommeted hole for the wire to the single speed Lucas heater motor.
